Easy & Festive Air Fryer Recipe: Christmas Lemon Roasted Chicken Legs

Ingredients
Chicken & Marinade:
- 5 chicken leg
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Rosemary – 1 tsp
- Chili powder – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- ¼ lemon, juiced
Vegetables:
- Carrots & potatoes, chopped
- Onion, sliced
- Corn, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh rosemary & 3 lemon slices
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine chicken legs with garlic powder, rosemary, chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey.

Squeeze in ¼ lemon juice and mix everything well.

Let it marinate for 1 hour to soak up all the flavors.
2. Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken marinates, chop carrots, potatoes, onions, and corn.

Toss all the vegetables with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Air-Fry the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken legs in the air fryer.

Cook at 200°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
4. Add the Vegetables

Without washing the air fryer, add the prepared vegetables on top of the cooked chicken.

Add fresh rosemary and 3 lemon slices for extra aroma and flavor.
