Here are some delicious recipes you can try for the New Year celebration:
Mixed Flavours Steamed Squid 🦑
Main Ingredients:

Fresh squid – 2 lbs (about 1 kg)
Seasonings:

Scallion – 1 stalk
-
Chili – 1 piece
-
Garlic – 4 cloves
-
Cucumber – half piece
-
Light soy sauce – 50 ml
-
Tomato ketchup – 60 ml
-
Sugar – 20 g
-
White vinegar – 10 ml
-
Sesame oil – 10 ml
Instructions:

Place the squid in the TAPSTY oven.

Select H-005 / Quick Steam / 200°C / 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix garlic, chili, scallions, sugar, light soy sauce, white vinegar, tomato ketchup, and sesame oil.

Slice cucumber and place on a plate, then place the steamed squid on top.

Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the squid.
Onion Shrimp 🍤
Main Ingredients:

Tiger shrimps – 10 pieces
-
White onion – ½ piece
Seasonings:

Soy sauce – 5 ml
-
Black pepper powder – 5 mg

Salt – 2 g
Instructions:

Mix soy sauce, salt, white onion, and black pepper powder together.

Add the shrimp and stir well.
-
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the marinated shrimp on it.

Air fry in TAPSTY: H-016 / Air Fry / 200°C / 20 minutes.
Steamed Sea Bass 🐟
Seasonings:

Salt - 3g
-
Sugar - 3g

White pepper powder - 1g

Cooking oil - 30ml
-
Light soy sauce - 15ml
Instructions:

Clean the sea bass and remove the innards.

Place scallions on a plate and put the sea bass on top.

Add ginger, mushrooms, or any preferred ingredients.

Pour seasoned soy sauce over the fish.
-
Garnish with carrot, chili, or leek on top.

Steam in TAPSTY: H-003 / 100°C / 12 minutes.
Steamed Clams 🐚

Place the clams on a plate and top with ginger slices, chili slices, then add 1 cup of Huadiao wine and some water.

Steam at 100°C for 12 minutes.
Dessert: Snow Fungus & Pear Soup 🍐
Ingredients:

Pear – 2 pieces
-
Snow fungus – ¼ piece (soaked)

Red dates – 12 pieces
-
Rock sugar – to taste
-
Goji berries – a small handful
-
Water – ~800 ml
Instructions:

Core the pears and cut into small pieces (peeling optional).
-
Remove pits from red dates.
-
In a double boiler, add pears, red dates, snow fungus, and water. Steam using Pure Steam mode / 100°C / 50 minutes, until the pears are soft.

Add goji berries and rock sugar, then steam for another 10 minutes.
