If without Klang Valley, we use the trusted couriers service (J&T Cargo) to ship out big items throughout West Malaysia.
We use the trusted couriers service (DHL eCommerce, GD Express) to ship out small items throughout whole Malaysia.
*We reserve the right to revise the definition of product falls under 'small item' without prior of notice.
Couriers service are not operating and deliver on weekend, Public Holidays or at a specific time frame (example such as after 2pm, before 5pm and so on.)
The shipping/delivery fees will not be refunded for product returned.
International Shipping:
Currently we only ship to Singapore. Your package may subject to the Custom fees & Import duties of the country to which your order ships. Charges are subject to bare by recipients.
