Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

ESH reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary.
ESH will proceed with cancellation should circumstances below occur:

  • The item is not / no longer available
  • Payment failed or not received
  • Payment information could not be verified
  • Pricing disputes arise
  • Product illustration differs from actual product
  • Cancellation initiated by the Customer
  • The order cannot be shipped to the address provided or where the shipping address could not be verified
  • Violation of ESH's Terms and Conditions
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation

*Upon cancellation, refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 14 working days.
*We highly recommend you to inspect your goods immediately that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods.

This Cancellation Policy is only applies when you make any purchase from our online website.

Exchange / Return Policy: items must meet the following requirements:

Most orders are Exchangable / Returnable within 3 working days upon received date if there are incorrect, defective or damange. You may exchange or return your order(s) for any of the following reasons:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
  • Proof of purchase (Official Invoice)  
  • You received the wrong goods in your package, or the goods has a manufacturing defect (Excluding of goods marked as display set goods or clearance goods).
  • The goods must all be placed inside with new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all the original accessories(including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, as well as internal protective foams), any free gifts and vouchers received with it.
  • The goods must be unused, nor installed nor had any data inputs.

If your exchange/return meet all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order proof of purchase ready and visit our retail store or contact us.

We will conduct an evaluation and inspect the returned goods within 7 working days from the day we received your returned goods.

If your return is valid, we will process your exchange to another product, whereby based on the information you have indicated to us. Return order are exchange only, no payment will be refunded.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned back. For items requires to be returned by using our service, a delivery fee will be chargeable.

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed to be unfit or unreasonable.

Will I get a refund in case of returning the item? You will be eligible for a full refund if the item has been inspected and verified that the item was in perfect condition as described above.

Can I return a damaged or defective product after 7 calendar days upon receipt? If the item is covered by Extended Warranty, you may call or email us. Then we will assist if you should bring the item to any ESH outlet to verify and process the return warranty accordingly.

When will I receive my refund? Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction. It usually will take within 3 -14 working days depending on our partnering banks. Refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information.
